Orders are usually shipped the next working day we received it.
Shippings starts from our warehouse in Vittorio Veneto, a town in northeast of italy, 70 km from Venice.
The items you are purchasing are always in stock, so we try to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible.
As soon as we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of order placement. Our goal is the delivery of the goods within 3-7 business days from the payment.(it depend from your address, generally it need 3 business days)
Our shipping rates are based on your address and on the weight of the goods.

We are using DPD Group for our shipment.
Delivery is to your front door. Please note that if your delivery destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered to the entrance of the building, and not to your apartment door.
Your security is important to us. To make sure you receive your purchase, we will require a signature upon delivery and will not leave your package if no one is at home.
We advise you to insert an address where there is always someone. If you have missed an attempted delivery and the courier has left a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your package, it is your responsibility to make such arrangements. Generally the courier try the delivery two times in 2 different days, however if you are unable to be at home when your item is delivered, once your item has been shipped, we will provide you a tracking number. With this you can manage the day or the address of a new delivery in the courier's website.
We do our best to ensure the packaging we use to protects your goods. In the event of items being damaged in transit, it is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening, in case a claim needs to be made with the courier.If you do accept a damaged package, ensure that the condition of the box is noted by the delivery person on the accompanying paperwork so that there is a record with the delivery service.
Please, note that currently our shipping is limited to Europe (CE) and we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Made a purchase and changed your mind? We will happily accept cancellations for orders that have not yet shipped. However, if an item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.

For an item to be eligible for return, we must receive it within 15 days of the receipt.
All packaging must be returned in its original condition. We know you have to open the packaging to look at your purchase.However, we need to have everything looking new.
The product must be in new condition and not have been used. Please note that once an item has been used, we are unable to take it back.
Returns are at your expense. To ensure that your item does not become damaged or lost on its way back to us, we recommend that it be properly packaged and insured. We also advise that you use a service that offers a tracking number for your item.
Shipping Outside Europe
We do not sell or ship our products outside of Europe at the moment... yet.
The good news is, that we are planning to start delivering to a selection of countries outside of the European countries.
The question at the moment is: how fast can we make this happen?
We are currently researching the market and logistic possibilities to sell outside of Europe.
